The team at Barrier Reef Medical Centre is growing with Dr Natasha Crees joining the practice.

Tash is a Far North Queensland local and grew up in Mossman.

Tash’s father worked with the Commonwealth Bank which saw her and her family move around the Far North to places including Mount Isa, Charters Towers, Mareeba and Innisfail.

She studied to be a doctor at James Cook University in Townsville finishing in 2010 and moving back to Cairns.

When she’s not working, she loves traveling, navel gazing and dreaming of her next destination. She has traveled extensively in South East Asia including Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, New Zealand as well as parts of South America.

Dr Crees has a particular interest in children having completed a Diploma in Child Health.

She also loves working with young families and women.

Dr Crees has also completed a Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine.

She is available Monday to Thursday.
